Sean T. O'Connell
Biography
Sean brings substantial experience representing business clients in transactional matters and litigation. Since joining Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. in 1996 Sean has successfully represented a wide variety of clients including large business clients in mergers and acquisitions and individuals in property and construction disputes. Sean is known for his frank and straightforward style and his dedication and focus on the client.
Sean is a native Durham, New Hampshire and received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire in 1987 and then went on to compete for the United States National Rowing Team for several years. Sean received his Juris Doctorate from the Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1995.
Sean recently successfully represented a client in the specialty foods business in an acquisition of a competitor valued at over $20M. Sean also represented a high tech client with Attorney Karyn Forbes in a software theft matter and just recently represented a client in a successful settlement of a tradename dispute.
